The problem we saw
Tradespeople are incredible at their craft. Plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers — they show up, do exceptional work, and give honest quotes. But they're not salespeople, and they shouldn't have to be.
The gap we kept seeing: a customer gets a quote, says “I'll think about it”, and then… silence. The tradie moves on to the next job. Days pass. The customer goes with whoever followed up first. That job was yours to lose.
A simple text message at the right time — “Hey, just checking in on that quote I sent you” — converts a huge number of those lost jobs. The problem is remembering to send it when you're knee-deep in another job.
